I have had the privilege to partner with Project Suma on multiple occasions, and they are very much doing God’s work in Bolivia! My first time volunteering with them was in early 2020. I was a part of a medical and dental team that they hosted to care for the women and children at their drop-in center. I quickly realized I knew very little about the terrible world of human trafficking, and there are many obstacles that are faced when rescuing women and children from that industry.

Project Suma handles these obstacles with love and grace that could only come from our Lord Jesus! A couple of years later, I returned to Project Suma to complete a summer internship. It was during this internship that I made my life-long friends with the Project Suma team, and I also gained a deeper understanding and insight into the work that they do.

I have been honored to serve with many different organizations all over the world, but there is none more impactful than Project Suma! They are not afraid to selflessly go into very dark and unimaginable places to shine the light of Jesus! They are deeply invested in the lives of the women and children that they have helped rescue, and their work has personally inspired me and changed my life forever! Thank you Project Suma for making a real difference in this broken world!
